Dr. Priscilla Warren is a visionary educator, strategist, and advocate whose life’s work is rooted in one unshakable belief: every person deserves access to knowledge, opportunity, and the power to shape their own future.

With more than 15 years of experience as an instructional designer, systems implementation leader, and curriculum architect, Dr. Warren has dedicated her career to helping individuals and institutions turn complexity into clarity, ideas into impact, and potential into progress. She has designed and delivered learning experiences for universities, state governments, healthcare systems, and global organizations, specializing in large-scale ERP implementations, workforce development, and transformational education.

Dr. Warren is the founder of The People’s Empowerment Group (TPEG) — a mission-driven organization committed to empowering everyday people to build extraordinary futures. Through TPEG, she develops innovative programs, platforms, and curricula that bridge the gap between vision and execution, with a particular focus on entrepreneurship, financial empowerment, innovation, and personal transformation. Her academic journey is as purpose-driven as her professional one. She holds a Doctorate in Theology, a distinction that reflects her deep commitment to integrating faith, intellect, and service. Her theological training informs her holistic approach to empowerment — one that honors both the mind and the spirit, and recognizes that true transformation must address the whole person.
